Is this you?

Want to improve your mental health and wellbeing?

Have you heard the benefits of meditation, tried meditation apps, guided visualisations or drop-in classes but nothing seems to have a lasting effect?

You’re not alone - it’s a common problem

So many people “try” what they believe is meditation and struggle.

It might be because you believe you can’t sit still with your eyes closed for more than 30 seconds, or you don’t want to sit cross-legged on the floor with your back straight because it’s uncomfortable.

What you need is to be taught a technique that works for you, and that’s exactly what this meditation course is for.

How can meditation help?

Meditation is a highly effective tool that can be integrated into everyday life to reduce stress levels, making meditators less likely to react to stressful situations but respond instead.

According to a 2018 study, Changes in stress after meditation, U.S. Army Research Laboratory - Meditators show a stronger executive control, that is, the ability to carry out goal-oriented behaviour, using complex mental processes and cognitive abilities.

Meditation has been a tool used for many years to reduce stress and now there is ever-growing scientific studies that show both the immediate and long term benefits on mental health and wellbeing.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING…

“I wanted to perform better, be able to handle daily stresses more effectively and be present in my daily life.

It has given me greater insight into how meditation can be used to enhance ones life.

The group discussions were also really beneficial. It was great to be able to share the experience with my peers.

This tool will help me perform better at work, to look at things from a different perspective with a view to having greater positive outcomes.”

CSR Manager, Danny Sullivan Group

“I believe meditation is very important – being in control of your mind and understanding yourself are very important to me - so when the opportunity came up to learn a new technique I couldn’t say no!

Being calm and collected with clear thought is very powerful in the very stressful world in which we work. Making decisions through clear thinking rather than feelings/emotions elevates you out of the chaos that we can often be swept up in.

I enjoyed the group surrounding. It is difficult to practice or learn on your own.”
